No, previous experience is not necessary. If you want to get certified, we guide you throughout the entire training program, from theoretical classes to dives. For diving tours, we have options for all levels of experience, so we can accommodate your needs.
We strictly adhere to safety standards and certifications. If you are a Scuba Diver or want to do a Discovery dive, we will dive no deeper than 12 meters. If you are Open Water certified, we will not exceed 18 meters. If you are Advanced, we can dive down to 30 meters. If you have a deep diving certification, we can plan a dive to reach down to 40 meters. Please let us know if you want to do technical diving deeper than 40 meters.
There is a wide variety. Depending on the location, we can find different types of sharks such as white-tip, nurse, bull, etc. Also crabs, nudibranchs, octopuses, turtles, manta rays, lobsters, moray eels, seahorses, tunas, dolphins, jellyfish, mobula rays, whip rays, southern rays, electric rays, eagle rays, schools of hundreds of fish! The best thing is that we will never have two identical dives!
We have a wide variety of diving courses, starting with Discovery, Scuba Diver, Open Water, etc., which is the first step into the wonderful world of diving, and a large number of specialties such as night diving, altitude diving, and AWARE conservation programs. Depending on your air consumption, we try to keep the dives between 45 and 60 minutes.

No, you do not need a diving certification to dive with us. You can start by doing a trial dive called Discovery Scuba Diver. For certain diving tours, you must be a certified diver. If you are not certified, we invite you to contact us so that you can become certified with us!

We handle personalized groups, we generally try to have a ratio of 3:1 or less. Also, groups are divided by levels to provide a better experience.

We have customized emergency plans for each tour! We take all possible precautions before, during and after dives, and all of our staff are trained in first aid (EFR) and Rescue Diving.

Absolutely! We can train you in Emergency First Response®️ (EFR®️) first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. You will gain the knowledge and skills to help someone in need and become an essential link in the chain of survival. We can also certify you as a Rescue Diver if you are already Advanced. We have all of the necessary equipment to ensure that you enjoy a safe dive, such as wetsuits, BCDs, masks, fins, snorkels, dive computers, compasses, cameras, etc. All of our equipment is in perfect condition and is maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
There are no refunds after 36 hours before the dive. If for any reason you are unable to dive, please let us know so we can reschedule your dive.
We will assign your personal equipment throughout the tour, and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own and be responsible for any damage that may occur.
